The Group is now driving a shift to become more brand marketing and consumer-centric on both local and global scale, driving long-term growth and seizing the opportunities created by the digital (r)evolution.

In this exciting new role, your key responsibilities include:

  • Defining, managing, and implementing Cloetta’s Amazon launch strategy in core markets
  • Set and lead a cross-functional team in local markets to ensure successful implementation
  • Defining optimal launch assortment and pricing by market
  • Managing optimization of existing Amazon accounts, including business process, category management and content review
  • Reviewing current campaigns and set clear paid search campaigns by market and by brand
  • Coordinating and tracking the overall Amazon business, including but not limited to reporting, budget and forecast, relationship with Amazon counterparts

You will report to the Global E-commerce Manager in Cloetta’s central marketing organization based in Stockholm, Sweden. You thus need to be prepared to move to Sweden within the next 12-18 months, but until then you can also work out of our offices in the Netherlands (Oosterhout), UK (Fareham, Hampshire) or Germany (Bocholt).

What you'll bring to the team

We see that you have 2 to 3 years’ experience in Amazon account management with proven experience managing projects in cross-functional teams. You have an in-depth understanding of SEO principles and guidelines as well as knowledge of basic web design and technology principles. You have a Bachelor’s or a Master’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Marketing. Excellent excel skills are a must and you have a knack for creating impactful PowerPoint presentations. Additionally, you have a good understanding of the FMCG industry. Experience in category or content management is desirable.

As a person, you are strategic, analytical, structured, and result-oriented. You are good at solving problems and prioritizing. You enjoy working collaboratively with others and are a confident presenter. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English are required, a second language is a plus.
